An Active School focused on early learners’s exploitations to discover the world
Our school was built from scratch in 1999, we opened its doors in September 2000 with Nursery and Preschool Education services.
The good receptivity from the community allowed us to grow, expand our spaces and expand our educational offer with the opening of new levels of education – the Primary School in 2004.
We currently welcome 150 children, we are open all year round from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm and our school is located on a plot of 5000 m2, surrounded by greenery and whose educational project aims to offer our students an education of excellence, in a safe, welcoming and familiar environment, where students, families and educational agents share a common socio-affective identity – the identity of the “Falcão Family”.
We are very happy with Sofia's learning at Colégio Parque do Falcão. We noticed that at home she repeats what she usually learns, she sings songs in English, dances, paints pictures and is happy when she goes to school.

At our school, educational practices, strategies and teaching methods are based on an “Active School” philosophy/pedagogy.
We give special importance to study visits, laboratory and experimentation work, information and communication technologies and workshops, on the most varied themes, as well as cooperative work activities.
These pedagogical tools and methods allow each child to assume an active, participatory and constructive role in their teaching-learning process.
