15. We rely on the Data Subject's Education Officer to provide us with accurate and complete information and to update the data in relation to any change in the information provided. If you wish to rectify or access your data or the Student's Personal Data, you must send a written communication to the management of Colégio Parque do Falcão, requesting a form for this purpose.

16. The Guardian informs that he has authorization from the respective holders to contact in case of urgency and/or authorized to collect their Students, in relation to the Personal Data provided to Colégio Parque do Falcão.

If the requests presented by the Data Subject or by the minor's Guardian are manifestly unfounded or excessive, namely due to their repetitive nature, Colégio Parque do Falcão may demand the payment of a reasonable fee taking into account the administrative costs of providing the information or communication, or taking the requested action or refusing to comply with the request.
21. The purposes of processing the Personal Data provided are:
    • Student Enrollment;
    • Health and Pedagogical Records about the Student, accessible to the technical and auxiliary team;
    • Financial records – accessible to administrative services subcontracted to Colégio Parque do Falcão;
    • Selection of Educators/Teachers and resources for the school;
    • Images – for use as communication material by Colégio Parque do Falcão, accessible on the digital platform (name), presentations at Parent meetings and pedagogical activities;
    • Capture of images by Parents of other Students at Parque do Falcão College events such as: Christmas Party, End of Year Pic Nic, Birthday Parties;
    • Compliance with other legal obligations.
    • Open Day (demonstration of extracurricular activities);
    • Parent meetings with teachers;
    • School events;
    • Notifications about the closure of Colégio Parque do Falcão in case of anomalous situations;
    • Communications regarding the minor's social, emotional and educational progress and to get in touch with the Guardian or whoever he/she appoints in the event of an emergency.
